Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement") apply to all services provided by J.C.S.L Ltd ("J.C.S.L Ltd," "we," or "us") to you. By purchasing services from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. APPLICATION OF TERMS

1.1. These Terms apply to all services provided by JCSL LTD to you during the agreement period. The Terms consist of the following individual policies: Money Back Guarantee Policy, Renewal Policy, Fair Use Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Privacy Policy.

1.2. These Terms, together with your order, represent the entire agreement for the services and supersede any other prior agreement between you and JCSL LTD.

2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.1. You will comply with JCSL LTD's acceptable use standards and policies, as set out in our AUP.

2.3. Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. ORDERS

3.1. You can purchase services from us in several ways. For convenience, we refer to the ordering process as an "Order."

3.2. To place an Order, you must be over 18 years of age.

4. OWNERSHIP OF YOUR ACCOUNT

4.1. Your contact details are registered in the "My Details" field in the User Area.

5. PAYMENT

5.1. You are responsible for the charges of your Order in the currency specified.

6. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION

Either party may terminate the Agreement by written notice if the other party fails to comply with the terms within ten days.

7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Our technical support is provided to all active customers.

8. COPYRIGHTS AND OTHER LICENSES

J.C.S.L Ltd retains ownership of all copyrights in the services.

9. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

You warrant that you have the experience and knowledge to use our services.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You accept that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, J.C.S.L Ltd bears no liability for any losses or damages.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify J.C.S.L Ltd in the event that your use of our services leads to third-party claims.

12. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

J.C.S.L Ltd undertakes not to disclose confidential information of third parties without their consent.

13. NOTICES

Notices will be sent by email or another means of communication.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

The courts of Cyprus have non-exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes relating to these Terms.
