The following Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement") apply to all services provided by J.C.S.L Ltd ("J.C.S.L Ltd," "we," or "our") to you. By purchasing services from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. APPLICATION OF THE TERMS

1.1 These Terms apply to all services provided by J.C.S.L Ltd to you during the agreement period. The Terms consist of the following individual regulations: Refund Guarantee Policy, Renewal Policy, Fair Use Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Privacy Policy.

1.2 These Terms, together with your order, represent the entire agreement for the Services and supersede any other prior agreement between you and J.C.S.L Ltd.

2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.1 You will comply with J.C.S.L Ltd's standards and acceptable use policies as set out in our AUP.

2.3 Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. ORDER

3.1 You can purchase services from us in a number of ways. For convenience, we refer to the ordering process as "Ordering."

3.2 To place an Order, you must be over 18 years of age.

4. OWNERSHIP OF YOUR ACCOUNT

4.1 Your contact details are listed in the "My Details" field in the User Area.

5. PAYMENT

5.1 You are responsible for the charges for Your Order in the currency specified.

6. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION

Either party may terminate the Agreement by written notice if the other party fails to comply with the terms within ten days.

7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Our technical support is provided to all active customers.

8. COPYRIGHT AND OTHER LICENCES

J.C.S.L Ltd retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the services.

9. DECLARATIONS AND GUARANTEES

Guarantee that you have the experience and knowledge to use our services.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You acknowledge that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, J.C.S.L Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage.

11. DISCLAIMER

You agree to indemnify J.C.S.L Ltd in the event that your use of our services results in third party claims.

12. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

J.C.S.L Ltd is committed not to disclose confidential information of third parties without their consent.

13. NOTES

Notifications will be sent by email or other means of communication.

14. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT AND APPLICABLE LAW

The courts of Cyprus shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes relating to these Terms.
